This past August, I hiked a trail that was on my bucket list for roughly three years. Thanks to my friend Eric who asked me to go on this overnight adventure with him, and we made it happen.
A beautiful weekend, sunny yet not too hot or humid, we seriously lucked out on weather.
The trail was decently challenging having large packs our backs, carrying all our essential camping gear. Hiking polls were probably the most valuable piece of gear that helped us manage the elevation changes.
We stayed at the campsite near the falls, but not right on top, as there were campers already there before us. We loved our site regardless, and seeing the falls in person was an incredible sight to see.
Having explored Lake Superior Provincial Park so much over the last 4 years, I am always in awe with its beauty,
